Having as many pieces of the BIG SEO picture in place as possible for will do more for your search engine visibility than anything else. Description Length
The general rule that I follow is a that good description length is 140 to 180 characters per description, including characters. This is the guideline that the “All In One SEO” plugin recommends for WordPress. The description content should highlight your keywords.
