This eye tracker has been posted in my office next to the computer for quite some time. I saved it and printed it out after finding it on Eyetrack III. - a website that tracks online behaviors. I have found this information to be fascinating and informative.
Where Do Visitors Look?
According to the folks at Eyetrack III your visitors look first at the upper left corner then scan to the right before looking down the page. You can use the coded color chart which is published on Eyetrack III and shown above to prioritize the information on your page whenever possible.
